papeete airport

Hello,

I will be arriving in Tahiti (paeete ) airport around 8.00pm , i am solo and wondering have anyone ever slept in the airport and will the airport be close when there is no more flight coming in..and will it be safe ,,:-)..i will be flying off very early morning to next destination, so i see no point spending a night at the hostel/hotel..:-)

It is not a problem the airporrt is open and noisy all night, lots of people around. look for the ledge across from the bathroom.
