place to have a relatively cheap sailing holiday?

hi all

was thinking about going on a sailing holiday in the whitsundays (where ive been once before) but then thoguht why not check out some other places and parts of the world if theyre comparatively good and work out to be around the same price (id be converting from australian dollars)

was just wodering if anyone had ever done sailing/fishing/snorkelling/beaching holidays in places like tonga, samoa, tahiti, philippines, vanuatu, bali, fiji etc and wherabouts is relatively good adn cheap for that kind of thing? also; places with a decent nightlife kind of thing if possibel too please if spending a few days on land too

thankyou very much and sorry for the vageuness; just trying to get a rough idea of what the options are apart from the whitsundays at the moment (its a tough life sometimes)
