Private accommodation in Fiji

We are a young family going to Fiji for 11 days early December and want to rent a 3 bedroom house or unit privately. Does anyone have any contacts or recommendations please? We are flexible about whether it's on the coral coast or not, or one of the islands.
I know it's not usual, but thought perhaps a local family might be going on vacation themselves and be happy to earn some rent while we housesit. We can be trusted and can provide references.

You might find this site gives you some ideas. I did read somewhere that rental properties in Fiji needed to be licensed, but that many weren't. But I don't know the details or what the implications might be.
