Can anyone tell me of any ecksperience they have had with rental vehicles in Samoa - Please....??
Especially motorbikes or scooters.
I am also interested in the state of the roads and safety. Are there street lights?

Roads are not bad but a lot of steep hills and dogs if traveling around the islands and not suitable for 2 wheelers.
Street lights are few and far between in town and out of Apia non existant.
A car or small 4x4 would be your best option but they are not particularly cheap.
