resort advice fiji

Hi, My husband and I are looking at booking for end of march. Can anyone compare or recommend either Sonaisali Island resort, Tjhe Warwick, or the Shangri- La ?????
Also any advice for the best deep sea fishing trips? and what to expect of the weather end of march??

Shangri-La (formerly the Fijian Resort) is on a nice section of the Coral Coast, south coast of Viti Levu. Nice sand beaches in that one area. But pretty far from most restaurants, etc.
End of March will probably still be hot and humid, it gets cooler from about the end of April to October.
