rota or saipan next week for 2-3 days

I have six days in Guam. Everyone seems to trash it (in favour of Palau or Yap, I'm coming from there after 6 days on each). Thinking of spending USD 150 to fly to the Northern Marianis.

Which is best for such and why? Accommodation suggestions?
