Try e-mailing a few of the accommodations there, maybe they can just look it up in the local phone book. Mention you might be visiting Tonga at some point in the future (which of course could be true.)

I used to get inquiries like this when I owned Shangri-La in the Cooks. Well, not about Tongan beer, but about Cooks Lager! The smaller places will usually be happy to help you out with these types of Q's.
