Sailing trip with family of 5 in January, where to go?

Hi,
We are a family of 5 with 3 boys(11, 9 and 5 years old) and we are going to travel around Asia and the Pacific for a couple of months starting in December. Around January we would like to make a private boat/sailing trip around the pacific for about 2 weeks. What would be the best islands to go to? Of course considering the weather conditions, beauty of the islands and safety.
