Samoa "jumping" end december.

Hi!

I have heard, that Samoa on the 29rd of December is changing regarding the timezone, so that they will go to the western part of the timezone. That means, that thr 30rd of December will not excist?
Is it true?

Yes, that is the plan. No December 30th in Samoa this year.
