| escape_reality200505:58 UTC11 May 2007 | I am hoping to travel to PNG this September to witness the Goroka Highlands festival and then onto a canoe trip down the Septik. With travel time factored in, I envision it will take 3 weeks and cost between 3-4,000. Although I like to do things on the fly, because of the possibility of getting crowded out of flights and hotels, we will need to arrange things in advance. Still, I hope to do the trip as close to the locals as possible- meaning basic accomadations, food and transport. I would love for someone with an open mind and spirit to join me for this trip of a lifetime. I am a 33 year old female from America. Please respond only if seriously interestsed.
