I'm looking for a beach destination that has some or all of the following:

shallow, warm, green, seas
Lagoon
Biodiversity
No McDonalds
Impressive landscapes, such as rocks jutting out of the ocean, or mountains
dense forest
Cannabis/Hash attainable
coral Reef
safe from crime ect.
archipelago
commercialised enough where english is spoken and some-what developed transport network

I figure though if anyone knows anywhere this perfect they would not be too eager to share it
with all the people of the web...

Waterfalls
good freshwater swimming hole

Most of those things are on Rarotonga, but avoid the dope, you'll spend a bit of time in prison, get fined, and then get deported.

All those things (bar the drugs) in most of the PI. Agree with #2 that Thailand is a better bet.
