SURFING IN PAPUA NEW GUINEA??

Does anyone know of any good surf spots or even islands that boast some barrels?? Looking to do some diving over there too and not sure whether to get my licence before i go or if i could get it over there for a cheaper price?

The only "established" surf-spot I know of is near Vanimo.
And that's seasonal too, I think.

Of course there must be others out there for you to discover, but really, if surfing is your priority, you could do much better visiting Indonesia instead. Lots and lots of great, reliable spots there. Aussie surfers I met at Indo surfing beaches claimed they were better than anything back home.
And certainly a LOT cheaper!

Try googling surf in PNG (sorry, I have limited internet time left, otherwise I would do it for you!). There are awesome waves to be had there...
