tonga or samoa?

Hi
I am travelling with my 14year old and wondering if I should go to tonga or samoa. I dont want her to be bored??(is that possible) but would also like to have a nice time relaxing with a few creature comforts.
Can anyone recomend which island to visit or should I try one of the other south Pacific islands

A vote for Tonga - more diverse and friendlier.

Having said that, your 14 yo might find Tongans a bit too uptight, and might prefer the party scene someplace like Lalomanu in Samoa.

But she'd get even more of that kind of thing in Fiji, Bali or Thailand - consider those destinations if keeping her happy is a priority. They are also cheaper - the Asian ones much cheaper than the Pacific.

There is no party scene for 14 years old kids in Samoa ... And hardly when traveling with Mum anyway ;-)
