Travel destination from India in Mai/June

Hi,

we are currently in India and looking for a destination to stay in Mai/June. Does anyone can suggest a destination that is easy to reach from india, with beaches and possiblity to travel with public transportation? We would like to travel around 2-3 weeks and then stay at a nice, lonesome beach with no tourists - hihi! Does anything like that exists?

SE Asia is probably easiest for you - you could try Philippines or remoter spots of Indonesia (Banda Islands are beautiful, but east of Bali is probably more accessible). To get to the Pacific I think you would have to go via Australia, or perhaps Japan? You can reach Palau (I think) from the Philippines, but I don't think this is a cheap option.

Check some of the flights to the main hubs like Thailand, Malaysia, and then another airlines like Air Asia after that.
