hello i am 23 year old female and looking to go traveling early 2009 for 3 months round thailand, australia and new zeland and where ever else i end up!. i am looking for fellow travelers who may want to meet up along the way! or someone who wants a companion to travel with?! any advice appruciated | ||
My best advice is to wait until you are actually travelling. Practically, you also get to know someone a lot more quickly, chatting in a hotel lounge, than you will chatting in cyberspace. Once you are somewhere it will be very easy to meet other people, to exchange interests, to coordinate travel plans. In fact, when travelling, you're likely to cross and recross paths with many people, all drifting in generally the same direction, but with slightly different time schedules. You meet someone somewhere, and then again 2 weeks later up the road ... A very interesting form of comraderie develops. | 1 | |
