I agree that 'bait advertizing' is pretty common most everywhere I've been. I've seen '5 nights' turn into 3 day holidays with night arrivals and departures on the so-called first and last days. But, in a way, the rep's suggestion that it was the user's own fault is correct. Well .. 'fault'? Quite aside from not reading the details of a booking's itinerary, I wonder how much of this has to do with the implicit expectations of people who go through travel agents to book very short holidays at relatively high prices. Maybe they just want or expect problem-free packages. | 3 | |
