It's OK - I haven't posted on the wrong branch!
This is a question for my trusted Pacific acquaintances.

I have managed to score some funding for a research study tour taking in the above cities in Feb/March next year (when the weather will be at its most un-Pacific!).

I am wondering if any of my long term Pacific colleagues have any tips on those areas - places to see or stay that are secret or special, or just tips on what are the un-missable highlights of each.

Happy to receive PMs rather than contaminate this branch - hope some of you can help, otherwise I might have to venture to the Nth American Branch and try to make some new friends :-(
