Weather in Fiji and Around for November and December Info Request

I've heard mixed things about the weather during these two months. Does anyone have any first-hand experience. Can you shed some light on the matter? I'm also planning on lots of SCUBA diving and snorkeling. Any word on the visibility during these months would be greatly appreciated as well.
