weather New Caledonia/Fiji/Tonga in last two weeks of April

does anyone know what my chances are of clear skies in the last two weeks of April in New Caledonia/Fiji or Tonga? Some sources say this period is ok.. others...

It should be fine, but of course no one ever can predict tropical weather.
