Where to go

I plan a trip for 6 weeks to Hawaii, Samoa, Tonga and Cook Islands and fly Air New zealand, so to Samoa and Tonga ones a week.

How long should I spent on each destination, what should I visit and are this maybe to many destinations for 6 weeks?

Is it worth it?

I personally think this is WAY too many destinations for the time you have allotted. You would have a much better experience picking 2 destinations and enjoying 3 weeks in each.
As far as I understand, it will be difficult to combine the Cook Islands with Samoa and Tonga... You have to take in the latter two then fly to NZ and back track to come back to the Cooks... Expensive proposition.
It's up to you.

You can "Google" each island group you mentioned. You will find all the information you need on attractions, accommodations, etc. or look here.

I agree with islandboi21.. Very expensive proposition and way too short to enjoy each country fully.

(I have 7 weeks not 6)

I Would stay 2 weeks in Samoa, it is really a nice island. And with two weeks you will be able to see both islands.

aan de naam te zien neem ik aan dat je nederlands bent? ik ben 3 jaar terug een tijd op samoa en op de cook islands geweest en vond het onwijs mooi en indrukwekkend. Persoonlijk vind ik drie weken hawaii erg lang. Het moet er erg mooi zijn, maar het is veel minder autentiek dan bijvoorbeeld Samoa of Tonga.

The only place I havent been is Tonga.

But I would stay for sure 2 weeks in Samoa and 1 week Cook Islands. If you are not going to the Cooks anymore...

I would do 2 weeks Samoa, 2 weeks Tonga and 2 weeks Hawaii (but dont spend it all on one island !!) Kauai is the most beautifull one, after this the Big Island Hawaii. In 2 weeks you can see the big Island Hawaii, Kauai and Oahu cause Honolulu is your arrival and departure point.
