Yasawas, Fiji. Recommendations for budget accomodation?

Although we have read almost everything about the Yasawas in the LP guidebook (unfortunately it's an older edition), we are somehow lost...

We are a couple and will spend one week in Fiji (Jan 9th - Jan 16th 2008), and are thinking about going to one of the following accomodations:

Wayalailai Eco Haven Resort
Oarsmans Bay Lodge
Korovou Resort
Coconut Bay Resort
Sunset Beach Resort
Safe Landing Resort

Can anyone recommend the above resorts (or has any other suggestion)?
The more important things for us are snorkelling and food quality.
