Did you see the post by that ho-hum Russian who compared Tuvaluans to Fur Seals?

He spent two weeks there and never even went for a boat ride-talk about boring.....

So few people visit Tuvalu that youzr chances of finding here anyone who is visiting 'lately' are slim.

On the subject of 'boring' - when I was there, I did visit several of the motus of Funafuti atoll, went on a trip taking in the 4 northernmost outer islands, and caught a huge traditional festival in Funafuti town itself, where I made lots of local friends, too.
It was great.

I had no doubt you know where it is. That is the title of the book.
I was simply recommending a good book on the subject written by a People's Lawyer volunteer who spent a couple of years there.
If you are not interested in that, that's fine.

It still eludes me why people want postcards from complete strangers - and why they think those strangers should bother (spend their time and money on) sending them...
