Island hopping in Tuvalu

Hi!

I'm going to Tuvalu in September and planning to do some island hopping by boat between some small islands.
My problem is that I can't find any information about prices, locations or anything!

So, someone who knows how much it costs? Can I get in contact with someone who knows?
Or someone who have done this before who can tell me little about it? :)
