ATM in Santo?

On behalf of a friend about to go on her first trip to Vanuatu.
They are flying direct to Santo (apparently Air Vanuatu has just introduced this service), and want to know if there are ATMs available there, or if they should take Vatu from Brisbane. Otherwise, what banks are there, and where is the best place to change money?

(Unfortunately, my visitor from Vanuatu, who lives in Santo, will be arriving in Australia about the time my friend gets home).

There are at least a couple of ATMs in Luganville town. They worked just fine for me in april this year.
