Backpacker coming to vanuatu

does anyone know of any hostels or budget places in any of the islands. i will be arriving in port vila and have two weeks, so i can travel to some of the islands. also would A$1250 be ok, i will be eating in cheap places, and going on a few trips like diving.

In Vila, the Kalfabun GH and the Villa Hibiscus have "dorms" (which you may have for yourself) for 1500 VT.

For diving, you may have to be based in or near Vila or Lugainville on Santo.
