Dive operators & budget accomadation on Santo

I am considering booking some dives in Santo with either Aquamarine or Allan Powers and after some feedback on these operaters from people who have dived with them. Also looking for budget accomadation for myself in a central location, can anyone recommend anywhere?

I would go with Aquamarine. I just got back from a holiday and had no plans on diving. Visited both the shops and the guys at Aquamarine are very professional. I ended up diving 10 dives over 5 days. They offer a great service and go the extra mile to make sure you have a good time.
