Ferrys for Tanna

Was wanting to fly to Tanna from Vila and then get the island getaway catamaran back to vila.

Has anyone done the catamaran, and pre-booked. They don't have a website yet, but as we are on a tight schedule I want to prebook.

Or any other Ideas to return from Tanna as the flights are extortionate and i'd like to keep costs as low as poss....

I went to Tanna by cargo/passenger ship and returned from there to Vila by catamaran (no prebooking).
Neither was exactly pleasant...
Frankly, if you are on a tight schedule, I'd recommend flying.
The difference in fare is not that huge either.

Thanks Laszlo, if the price is no different and its not like a greek island ferry experience i will take your advice and just fly........ This is a very expensive little island....

The price difference was ca. 50 USD one-way.
Two years ago, anyway.
And in Vanuatu 50 USD won't last you long - you could easily spend more just hanging around waiting for the catamaran/ship to come by, instead of flying out quickly when you want to.
