how to sail into the sunset???

gday one and all lonely planeters!

I will hit you with my question right of the bat,, looking for a sailing tour from efate to watch the sunset from while on holiday there with my lovely girlfriend. ALL and any help is greatly appreciated as i am strugling to find such a thing other then the caraid on mele bay which i have not heard any good things about.
