Land diving Vanuatu

Hi!
I am doing a last minute trip to Vanuatu - only have about 7 days. I heard this is the season of land diving, but the only think i can find are very expensive tours. Is there a way to experience it also off the beaten track?
same goes for Tanna.

On the hiking/ adventure trekking - whats the best treks from porto vila?

You can visit both Pentecost and Tanna by yourself. All you need to do is take a plane or boat there, and sort out the rest locally. Mind you, the locals will still charge you a steep fee to watch the land-diving anyway.
