Naoni

Reading a tourist brochure about Vanuatu I came across a mention of naoni as an export product. Trying to search on Google, it keeps asking if I mean Naomi, which of course I do not. So, can anyone tell me what naoni is, please?

do you mean NONI? (fruit - often used as a juice)

Ah, well, the brochure definitely says 'naoni' but that must be what they meant. Thanks.

This site may be the one you are looking for, but beware, the Mr Salmon they refer to is not a Chief of Santo, he is not even ni-Vanuatu, but a Tahitian expat with a dubious reputation.

Noni is touted in some circles as being a 'miracle cure' for this and that but Beware.
