Places to visit

Hi,

Looking to book a week or so holiday in Vanuatu. Really looking for a nice beach and a chilled time, no adventure, just beach time.

Any pointers on nice beaches, areas and accomondation would be great.

Try to get off the main island (Efate) and catch a plane to one of the outer islands. Just be mindful that a lot of the beaches will be black sand(ed) - because of the volcanoes; or they will be quite corally/rocky (looks stunning, uncomfortable to lie on!).

I do not know if my late reply is relevant now but I would recommend you Champagne Beach in Santo Island.
It is not rocky. The sea is very beautiful and it is not rocky at all. There is a beautiful landscape of the mountain nearby and the waters are pure clear.
Another good beach is in Port Orly ( also in Santo ). And there is a village nearby catering for tourists with accommodation and restaurant too.
