Private car rental and tour

Hi. I'm planning a trip to Vanuatu for 8 days. I'll only be in Santo for 4. Does anyone know of any private car rentals? I know that the Espiritu Hotel rents cars for $9000 vatu per day (if 2-3 days). My accommodation is in Port Olry (but I'll need transport to and from Luganville) and I'm wanting a vehicle/guide to travel on the riri riri river, blue holes, and champagne beach (it would also be nice to do the million dollar dive spot in the same day, maybe). My questions are 1) does anyone know of any private car rentals, 2) would it just be easier or cost less if I did an organised tour (since I know I'd also have to pay entry into each of those spots once I find them), 3) Can I try to organise a guide with my accommodation? Is that something people do? 4) Can I take public transportation or attempt to hitch a ride by myself down the coast? (I read somewhere that it is more difficult to take a bus heading south from Port Olry, not sure if that's true), and 5) does anyone know of a tour company / guide that does all of those locations in one day? Thank you so much! I feel like I need to have this all organised before I leave, but I'm not sure if I'm just being overly cautious. Merci!

I'd use the lines you have open with the Masters bod Angie and get some communication going with them, they likely knowing of all the lurks and perks as locals usually do.
