Reliability of Air Vanuatu inter island flights

Hello,

Do you know how reliable inter island flights are in Vanuatu?

I'm planning to take a flight from Lonorore on Pentecost to Port Vila, and then fly to Sydney on the same day. The plane from Lonorore is scheduled to arrive in Port Vila at 2pm while the flight to Sydney leaves 2 hours later at 4:10pm.

Would 2 hours be enough leeway, or am I tempting fate here?

Domestic flights in Vanuatu are NOT reliable. Tanna and Santo are ok since there are usually flights every day ( mote than one per day to Santo probably). But going to places with two or three flights per week like Pentecost or Ambrym you should be flexible enough to wait for the next one. A two hour connection with a Pentecost flight? Not a good idea.
People staying in my guesthouse in Vila missed their Tanna return to Vila because it left two hours EARLY and no one bothered to tell them.
