Sailing North From Tanna, Vanuatu - Need Crew

I'll be sailing from New Zealand to the tropics this coming May and am looking for crew once I get to Vanuatu. I should arrive about the middle of May or maybe towards the later part of the month. My first port of entry will be Tanna. No set itinerary yet and I figure on spending close to three or four weeks in Vanuatu before heading towards the Solomons.

I'm looking for one or maybe two persons (if passages are short) to share basic expenses (diesel, food, etc.). Sailing experience helpful but not as necessary as these are short inter island passages. Mainly need help looking for reefs.

The boat is a 35 foot fiberglass monohull and while modest and not flashy has all the basic equipment for ocean cruising. Skipper is mid thirties, American, male, experienced sailor and down to earth.
