Tanna island. Iatapu kastom village

Hi!

If you´re travelling around the islands of Vanuatu, I absolutely recommend Tanna. It´s beautiful with tropical nature, both on land and at sea for snorkelling and fishing and of course the active vulcano, Mount Yasur. In addition the island hosts a couple of cultural villages. Plan to stay a few days at Iatapu and you wont regret it. We stayed 4 nights with this wonderful people and got memories for life. They took us in and shared their daily life, believs and customs with us. They have a couple of basic bungalows in a tropical garden and provide 3 meals a day for a small cost. Don´t leave out this, it was the highlight of our trip!! ( 3 months around the pacific ) Carina and Mats from Sweden.
