Never stay in Manoa Hou Hotel, Wallis!

My experience in Manoa Hou was horrible. The owner and staff there are mentalled sick for money. The first refused me paying with card by saying that their POS machine was broken but then they didnt ibform me before my arrival that I wouldnt be able to change money at the airport. So I had to wait untill monday to change money at the bank and the bank didnt want to take 100usd bill at the beginning.
At the beginning they proposed charging me 1000xpf for a transfer to the bank and I was furious about that because this was a facility that I had to do to them for which I needed the transfer and they still wanted to get profit on.
I was standing in the queue for 2hours to change money and I had to pay 1000xpf as commission.

The hotel rooms were dirty. The aircon worked but you have to wait for a long long time to have the air cooled down.

There is no real receptionist, each time either I call the lady working there or the daughter of the owner, they showed up with a face expression as if they were disturbed.

The internet is really slow and worked in common area only - not like what they write on their site - there s no net in the room because of this stupid design.

The organize a round island tour. My tour driver was the husband of their relative and he took his taughter together saying her daughter would guide us. But when we at the spot her daughter said she knew NOTHING. So there was no explanation and in exchange his daughter was profiting having the tour herself and they stopped even twice for shopping for which I lost a lot of time.

When mentioned about their reputation, they started to act more gentally but this doesnt help with the situation.

I have been to 153 countries and this Manoa Hou has been the WORST I ever had.

I warn all travellers NOT to stay in this hotel when they go to wallis. They could have many other choises such as the one opposite the airport and the one to the south of manoa hou.

I hope Manoa Hou can stop their hotel business and think twice what they really want to do as business!
